My post will likely be lost amidst the sea of other comments, but I did want to point out one thing.
This isn't about microtransactions.
This isn't about Pay2Win.
This isn't about charging third-party developers for their efforts.
This is about betrayal of trust.

Banning Helicity was not the best choice, regardless of how abrasive CCP may have found him to be.
Now the disgruntled player base has an icon to rally behind.

I think we're still in the "cooling off" phase CCP Pann was hoping for, we'll probably remain in this phase until next week when we finally start to get answers, it'll even been longer than that before we get answers without PR spin.
Doubt we'd be cooled down by then, even. This isn't about broken sov mechanics or massive supercarrier ownage fleets, or lag, or whatever else we've complained about over the years, but this will affect EVE at its core, and people are genuinely furious about it.
We'll be cooled down because we'll no longer be playing. That's not what CCP wants.
